Project Manager

As a part of the IT Operations Team, you will be responsible for leading projects and cooperating with clients to provide the best solutions for their needs.

More precisely, you will be in charge of:

  • analysis and evaluation of initial project requirements in the areas of implementation, ROI and risk
  • preparation of a project schedule including goals, resources, costs, project structure
  • division of the project into partial projects, evaluation of suppliers
  • establishment of appropriate implementation and quality management procedures
  • monitoring the work and boosting the effectiveness of the project team and external suppliers
  • risk and change management 
  • project reports and documentation preparation

We need you to have:

  • at least 3+ years of experience in running IT projects (preferably globally)
  • experience in organization and management of a distributed project team
  • experiences in the implementation of projects using cascading and agile methodologies
  • passion both about people and new technologies
  • ability effectively communicate and come up with solutions
  • openness to new technologies and willingness to broaden knowledge
  • a very good command of English (you will work with foreign stakeholders on international projects) 
  • fluent Polish (a must, as you will also work with Polish stakeholders running projects for our Polish Clients)

Nice to have:

  • Prince2 / PMP / Scrum certification
  • knowledge of the banking/insurance sector, banking/insurance products, processes and regulations

An overview of how you join our company:

1. CV Review - we already have your application. You should receive a confirmation email from us. The recruiter responsible for this recruitment process checks your CV. Now you just have to wait for us to call you.

2. Screening calwith Ola, our Recruiter - just to get to know you a little better. All we need is a few minutes of your time and a few answers like your motivation and expectations - up to 30 mins.

3. Final interview and feedback - to understand your personal and professional experience, your values, your perspective on your biggest accomplishments and failures. Also learn what are your professional plans are and whether Savangard is the place where you could make them come true. This meeting is held by Hiring Manager (Head of IT Operations) and your Recruiter - up to 90 mins.

5. Final decision - within 2 weeks time after your interview we'll get back to you with our decision!
